Tuition and Payment Information...

General Info

For those students taking shorter classes that are either 30 or 45 minutes in duration, they would need to pay the reduced tuition for those classes, unless their family was paying for the "Unlimited" option, which would include these types of classes as well.

As noted, the annual registration fee $15.00 for first student $10 second student $5 each additional family member and is due by September 1st each year. In addition to the tuitions listed below, there is also an Annual June Recital fee that is due by April 17th each year. The recital fee is either $35.00 per student with an additional  $12 for each family member.

Late Fees - For those students who pay after the 6th of each month, a $10 late fee will be applied to your bill, with an additional $5.00 added each 5 days late thereafter. Finally, a Returned Check fee of $20.00 will be charged to your account for any checked returned by your bank due to NSF. This is in addition to any fees charged by your bank.

Please note that these tuition rates are combined between one or more students in a single family.

Other things to remember:

  • Pro-rating of classes can only be done once (with staff approval) if the first class is taken in the middle or the end of the initial month, if missing classes during the first month, it is students responsibility to ask when make-up classes are available.

  • Students are responsible to make-up missed classes within a reasonable time (one month) or they are lost! Missed classes are non-transferable as tuition credit. Styles of dance are interchangeable for make-ups. There are no additional charges for a 5-week month, as well as no credits, please ask about make-ups for studio holidays

  • Students may not "bounce" from monthly tuition to drop-in rate due to personal scheduling conflicts

  • If you choose to leave the studio for any reason you must contact the office and cancel your place in the class. Failure to do so will result in tuition being charged until 4 weeks of classes (one month) are missed. These classes cannot be made up.

  • Checks should be made out to: Western Nevada Performing Arts Center or WNPAC. Please leave payments in the payment BOX at the studio. Envelopes are provided for cash payments (be sure to write the student’s name on the envelope to ensure proper credit to your account).
